Started sailing around mid-day with 6m and a bit undepowered. After 10 mins ashore as wind dropped, started again and wind gradually climbed to be a bot overpowered at times. Sea had big lumps as I guess sandbanks have affected the currents. As high tide got closer the sea got a little better but wind dropped and it was harder to keep up wind. Lots of people out. Paul S rescued Squiz and his broken mast; seen a few of those recently. Sailed for nearly 4 hours and now have cramp in both legs - oh to be fit ad young
